Mark's Bio
Mark has been advising general partners of private equity funds and leading sole-managed fund raisings for over 25 years. He has led over 60 successful assignments for managers in North America, Europe and Asia resulting in over $80 billion of capital commitments from institutional investors worldwide. Many of these assignments involved advising and raising capital for new teams and spinouts and repositioning/rebranding existing firms.
Prior to founding Snowbridge Advisors, Mark was a Managing Director in the Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Private Funds Group (and Credit Suisse post-merger). Mark joined UBS as Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Sponsor Advisory and Project Management. He was Managing Partner of Atlantic Pacific Capital and Managing Director of Deutsche Bank.
Mark earned his BS at the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Diploma from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California and an MBA at the Darden School, University of Virginia. He served as a commissioned officer in the US Army Field Artillery for five years.
Tom's Bio
Tom has over 25 years of experience in capital raises for private equity, venture and hedge funds. He has held a variety of positions focused on providing strategic advisory and capital raising services to alternative asset managers and financial service companies. Most recently, Tom was a Managing Partner at Founders Partners LLC, a New York-based financial advisory firm he helped to co-found. Prior to Founders, Tom was a Managing Director at Centenium Advisors and before that Direct Access Partners, where he was involved with capital raising activities for a wide variety of alternative investment fundmanagers.
Prior to his involvement with alternatives investments, Tom was a Managing Director at Citicorp
Securities with responsibility for aviation & aerospace clients as North American Aviation Region Head. Among his responsibilities he was involved with a variety of advisory assignments including various airline leveraged buyouts, public and private debt financings, and structured derivative transactions for clients of the bank.
Tom received his BA at Brown University and MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Scott's Bio
Scott has over 35 years of experience in the securities industry including the last 20 years in alternative investments. Prior to joining Snowbridge, Scott served as Managing Director for Darby Private Equity, the private equity arm of Franklin Templeton Investments. Prior to Darby, Scott was a Managing Director with the placement firms Knight Capital Partners and Mallory Capital.
Previously, Scott worked at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and State Street Global Advisors. Earlier in his career, he held investment positions at GE Capital in Stamford, Hong Kong and Tokyo before which he worked in the investment banking department of Smith Barney in New York City. He started his career at Merrill Lynch as a bond trader, where he managed a proprietary trading account.
Scott earned a BS in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and he received his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Kathleen's Bio
Kathleen has over 25 years of experience as an investment professional and is expert at executing, structuring and placing private alternative fund products and securities. She has advised on over $2.5 billion of transactions over the course of her career. Her investor relationships span insurance companies, family offices, endowments, foundations and asset managers.
Prior to joining Snowbridge, Kathleen was a Principal at Crito Capital where she originated, structured and placed private equity transactions and alternative fund products. Previously, she managed private placements at Rothschild North America and Credit Suisse First Boston. At Credit Suisse First Boston, she led a team of professionals dedicated to raising private equity capital for venture stage and emerging growth companies in a variety of sectors including life sciences, media, telecom, and technology services. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Kathleen worked at both Prudential Insurance Company of America and GE Capital’s Equity Capital Group where she was responsible for a variety of investments, including control and growth transactions and mezzanine deals.
Kathleen earned a BS in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where she was in the Honors Program, and received her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Helge's Bio
Helge has over 25 years of private equity, investment banking and strategy consulting experience. Prior to joining Snowbridge, Helge was responsible for originating, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and marketing a wide range of secondary and primary transactions at River Street Capital, a boutique private equity advisory firm.
Previously, Helge was at Capital Dynamics, an independent private equity manager overseeing over $20 billion of private equity capital. He joined the firm when it opened its U.S. operation in New York and was active in all aspects of its U.S. business including investment management and business development. Before Capital Dynamics, Helge worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Rothschild, where he was a Director in equity capital markets, heading origination for the telecom, satellite and cable sectors in North America.
Helge earned his MBA from Columbia Business School (Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, Dean’s List) and holds a diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, with merit.
Colleen's Bio
Prior to joining DB’s private equity business, Colleen served as a senior member of the management team overseeing Deutsche Bank’s investment banking and asset management activities in the LATAM region, and as a Principal with Bankers Trust Company (acquired by DB).
Colleen is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce. She is a CPA (inactive).
Henry's Bio
Henry has 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on providing research support for hedge funds. Prior to joining Snowbridge, Henry was an associate at Ridgetop Research. In addition to his roles at Snowbridge and Ridgetop, he spent time as an investment banking intern for Oberon Securities in New York City, as well as a summer analyst for Rosecliff Ventures.
Henry received his BA from Princeton University.
Cynthia's Bio
Cynthia has over 20 years experience in investment banking. She was previously with UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Cynthia earned an AAS from Kingsborough Community College.
